Team Store Guidelines
●No items will ship until the team store closes and all items have been decorated.
●All items on the team store have been chosen by the store coordinator.
●Please carefully read the product description. Youth and women items
are labeled accordingly. If no gender is listed, the item is a unisex cut.
●Once the team store closes, the blank items will be ordered. Upon us
receiving the blank items they will be scheduled for decoration.
Once decorated, all items will ship to your team store coordinator.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery depending upon product availability.
●The team store coordinator will schedule a time & place for you to pick up your order.
●If you have an issue or concern with the store or your order, please advise
the store coordinator. They will in turn relay that information to your sales
rep and they will gladly handle any issue that you may have.
●Please make sure you have ordered the correct size and color. Once an order
placed that order can not be altered or changed.
Please review order before submitting.
●Once the items have been ordered, returns or credits can not be issued.
Credit cards will be charged immediately at the time of store check out.
●Please make sure to complete the check out process to ensure your order has
been placed and that duplicate orders are not generated. You should receive an email confirmation once the order is placed.
●No orders will be accepted after the online store closes.
